Information about the processing of personal data by Protea Limited Liability Company sited Gdansk
Based on Article. 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), we hereby inform you that:

- Protea Ltd., having regard to the conditions resulting from art. 37 paragraph 1 of General Data Protection Regulation, considered that in his case appointing a data protection officer is not obligatory. - The transmitted data will be processed in order to:
- conclusion of the contract and its implementation (pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b and c of the General Data Protection Regulation and provisions of the Act of 23 April 1964 Civil Code), personal data will be stored for a period not longer than 5 years from the end of the year the financial year in which the contract was terminated;
- marketing of own products / services, which is a legitimate interest pursued by Protea Ltd. (pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation) personal data will be stored until opposition, and
- documenting the service performed in connection with the obligation resulting from the provisions of the Accounting Act and tax law (the basis from Article 6.1 (c) of the General Data Protection Regulation), personal data will be stored for a period not longer than 5 years from the end of the financial year in which the contract has been terminated, and
- possible determination, investigation or defense against claims, which are legitimate interests pursued by Protea Ltd. (pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation), personal data will be kept for a period necessary to achieve this objective by Protea Ltd., and
- archival (evidence) in the event of a legal need to prove facts, which is a legitimate interest pursued by Protea Ltd. (pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation), personal data will be kept for a period necessary to achieve this objective by Protea Ltd.
- Personal data in connection with the implementation of the objectives described in point 3 may be transferred to recipients of data:
- to public authorities, entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of the authorities, to the extent and purposes arising from the law;
- entities involved in the acquisition or sale of debts, e.g. commercial information bureaus and other institutions;
- entities supporting Protea Ltd. in processes directly related to running a business, including entities that process personal data for Protea Ltd. (so-called data processors).
- We also inform you that you have the right to demand from Protea Ltd. access data that concerns you, rectify, delete or limit processing. You also have the right to object to the processing and the right to transfer data.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body competent for the protection of personal data.
- Providing personal data is voluntary.
- Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision making, including profiling.
